Micah is the Director of Operations and Business Administrator at Second Safe. They have over 15 years of leadership experience and have worked in both non-profit and human services fields prior to this role. Micah received a BA in Philosophy and Latin at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and an MS in Forensic Psychology from American International College.
Andrew
Andrew is the Lead Systems Architect and Project Manager at Second Safe. An I.T. generalist with a passion for on-premise server infrastructure and project work, Andrew has 15+ years of experience working within MSPs, Internal I.T. Departments, and performing Freelance Contract work. He has a Bachelors in Information Technology and a Diploma in Graphic Design.
Miguel
Miguel is the Small Business Manager as well as principal Field Network Engineer at Second Safe. Miguel is an IT professional with a strong background in network administration, systems deployment, and technical problem solving. As Second Safe’s Field & Network Administrator, Miguel has built expertise in designing, managing, and securing technology infrastructures that support both everyday operations and long-term growth.
He has hands-on experience with enterprise networking, cloud-managed systems, virtualization, and enjoys homelab projects, giving him a broad perspective on both practical IT solutions and innovative approaches.
Jon
Jon Persio is the Lead Programmer and Database Administrator for Second Safe. A highly experienced technology and business professional known for his ability to translate complex operational challenges into optimized software and database solutions, his diverse career is most distinguished by his accomplishments in software development and IT management. Jon has an educational background in Math, Computer Science, and Philosophy.
Jon is driven by a curiosity to deeply understand a business’s market and functions, ensuring the technology he implements is precisely tailored; — never over-built or under-provisioned — to free up resources and accelerate growth.
Jon’s favorite accomplishment to date was engineering a custom C# ERP system for one of North America’s largest used book e-commerce sellers, replacing all core operational spreadsheets to manage receiving, production, shipping, and forecasting.
